In 1893, the parish priest Rudolf Mezey built the cave of Lourdes in honour of the Immaculate Virgin on the hill near the Ser well in Bajna, from the bequest of Cardinal János Simor, the archprimate. The stones of the ruined church of Csima on the outskirts of Bajna were also used to build it, locals call it the Mariácska. The cave contains statues of the Virgin Mary and St. Bernadette.
